The Aim, Target and Inspections
Since the founding of WEFA International Humanitarian Relief Organisation, regardless of location, disaster, hardship, exposure to war and natural disaster, we have made is a duty upon us to create a secure enviroment for children left unprotected and alone through our relief works.
The core proinciple of our Orphan works aim to prepare every child for their future, and ensure they become strong, educated and positive adults. We continue to support them until we believe they areable to self-sustain.
WEFA Humanitarian Relief Organisation, has ordained itself the mission to help those whom have on the one hand experienced times of hardship, and aims to reach out to orphans before those whom do human trafficking and are involved in the organ mafia do so. We accommodate these children until they we ensure they have safe shelter, whether with a family member, relative of independant shelter.
WEFA ensures the in areas inflicted by war, poverty or disasters that the orphans are protected and the their fundamental needs are provided via SHELTER, NUTRITION, CLOTHING, EDUCATION and HEALTH.
Since the foundation of WEFA, it has been supporting young people and children that have been left vulnerable or orphaned for various reasons, WEFA is making sure suitable shelter and a secure environment to grow up in by provided for them sustainable and long lasting support, helping them become strong individuals that are responsible and virtuous. WEFA treats all its orphans with kindness, love and compassion.
WEFA Humanitarian Relief Organisation has taken the neccessary measures to ensure that children left orphaned due to war, poverty or natural disaster is not forced out of the culture in which they grew up in as we believe it is important that an overburden does not take place with a change of environment. For lonely children we ensure safe and secure shelter is provided for them to the best of our ability. For this reason, all of our orphanages take into consideration both culural and social factors in the upbringing of children, making sure they grow up in an environment full of love, peace and compassion where all their fundamental needs are provided for them.
At WEFA our inspections take place on-site; wherever our orphans, care families and orphanages are. For example, during our regular inspections at our orphanages, we check the conditions of the system in place, the physical condition as well as healthy and safety of the building, the level at which clothings, health and education needs of the orphans are being met; the psychology, sociology and social services and advice services of the orphanage are revised and ensured it is at a good standard.
